Join Liberty on July 5th before Summerhouse Lavender Farm’s Bloom Festival for an immersive sound bath experience. She'll be using singing bowls, chimes, drums, other unique instruments, and the gentle sounds of nature to help create a space for your busy mind to release thought and guide your nervous system into a deep state of relaxation.
Liberty is a sound facilitator with over 300 hours of training in sound healing, somatics, and nervous system regulation through The Vitalist School (Michigan), Sound Healing Academy (UK) and The Forest Path (Guatemala). She is passionate about using sound as a gentle yet powerful tool to support deep relaxation, helping the nervous system settle so the body can access its natural capacity for healing and restoration.
