We gather for a sound ceremony as we move toward the spring equinox—a time when daylight returns and invites us to open, tend, and nurture the seeds we planted during the winter. This season is not about rushing forward, but about allowing steady growth and gentle manifestation. Through the properties of a sound bath, we guide the body into deep relaxation, helping the nervous system soften and receive this emerging energy. Rather than stepping into spring with force or urgency that can lead to burnout, sound supports us in aligning with the natural rhythm of renewal—grounded, spacious, and sustainably energized.
