Join this beautiful group of facilitators for this beautiful event of sound!
Katy Jo and myself will open the space with grounding and 1 hr sound bath experience to help guide participants into space of deep relaxation and connection to their body.
This will be followed by a 30 minute song circle where Eric and Shannon will guide participants in singing songs together that connect us to our hearts and the world around us.
