For me it means showing up as the YOU-est version of you. It’s your genuine communication to world. Telling it who you are using your voice and actions.

Throwing away the rule book of societies expectations and embracing the guiding voice from within. Trusting that voice so you can show up in the way that feels the most authentic to you.

Playing, how you want to play.

Feeling, through all your feelings.

Creating, however you want to create.

Shining, your light at full brightness.

A bit about me and why I’m here

Hey there, fellow traveler on this wild journey of life!

I aM seeker of the raw, unfiltered truth that lies at the core of our being. Where authenticity and intuition live.

I believe that authenticity isn't just a buzzword—it's a sacred journey into the core of our true selves.

Everyone’s path to this is different but I know it all starts with gaining awareness of our Patterns, and our bodies so we can open up the window of tolerance with our nervous systems. creating a safe place within ourselves to feel through and learn from our emotions. That is where I can help.

The methods I currently us in this journey are sound, Reiki, yoga, and somatic facilitation processes.

Sound and reiki sessions are a beautiful place to start. These practices use vibrations and universal life force energy to help create harmony and peace in your system. Giving your body the knowledge of what it truly feels like to exsist in those states. The spaces without the worries of the past or future, without the to-do lists and are we there yets.

This is the seat of your authentic self, your light, where your intuitive voice is the loudest.


The deep understanding of this state also creates a heightened awareness of when you are not in this state.

This is a good thing.

We can only change something once we notice it.

Finding the pathways back to your desired state is where the deep work starts. Here you can learn the whats and whys that take you away from this state.

This journey is when the somatic facilitation sessions can be helpful. During these sessions we dive a little deeper into these areas using:

somatic tracking to learn the language and messages of your emotions

using movement and breath to break up the armoring we create in our bodies from storing these emotions so they may be released for you to learn from (don’t worry this isn’t a work out ;))

meeting the different parts of yourself. Listening to them and helping them get their needs met

all of these practices help peel off the layers of conditioning and expectation, creating a safe space within yourself to dive deep into the murky waters of your emotions. Because I believe that true healing begins with feeling—with honoring the whispers of your souls and the echoes of our hearts.
